• AI-generated market analysis outputs for Forex, Commodities, Cryptocurrencies, and Indices
• Multi-layer analytical models including market structure, SMC concepts, Volume Profile, and technical indicators
• Historical analysis archives and export functionality
• Educational resources explaining trading concepts and analytical methodologies

3. Educational Disclaimer

SiGmatry is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. All analysis, insights, scores, projections, and market interpretations displayed on the Platform are intended to help users understand trading concepts and analytical frameworks. They should not be interpreted as instructions, recommendations, or directives to buy or sell any financial instrument.

SiGmatry does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or trading advice. SiGmatry is not a registered investment advisor, broker, financial institution, or financial service provider in any jurisdiction.

All analysis presented on the Platform is generated by algorithmic models and artificial intelligence systems and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment or trading decision.

5. AI System Limitations

Users acknowledge that AI-generated market analysis carries inherent limitations. Specifically:

• AI-generated market analysis is probabilistic and may be incorrect
• The AI system may produce incomplete or outdated interpretations of market conditions

• Output quality depends on the availability and accuracy of market data from third-party providers (TwelveData API)

By using SiGmatry, you agree to conduct your own research before making financial decisions, consult qualified financial professionals where appropriate, and accept full responsibility for your financial actions. You also agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, replicate, scrape, or redistribute the Platform or its proprietary systems

8. Credits and Payments

Certain features on the Platform require usage credits. Credits are consumed each time an AI market analysis is generated. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days or unused credits, except in the case of verified duplicate charges caused by billing errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiGmatry and its operators shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform, including financial losses, lost profits, or service interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
